Unlike most online retailers, we don't operate out of a warehouse—we have an office-stroke-bookshop nicknamed The Vault. This is where we process our orders from start to finish, and is home to most of our stock.

Located in Surbiton in south-west London, most customers who visit The Vault come to drop off large collections they want to sell.
